Arboretum

I used ultramarine, gold ocher, and quinacridone magenta.

Arboretum palms

There are some great palm trees at the Arboretum of Los Angles.  I used a trio of colors: pthalo blue, venetian red, and quin gold.

This is ultramarine, burnt sienna, and quin gold.

Palm Tree Street

I can only paint early in the morning these days. It's too hot for painting outside by 11 am. This street has nice views and is a five minute walk from my apartment.

Spanish Style House

I haven't been getting much work as a substitute teacher so instead I've been wandering the neighborhood early in the morning looking for things to paint. I took longer than usual to paint this one, probably about two hours.
